It can be hard to feel in control in today's world, but fortunately there are MindBody techniques both modern and ancient to help with overall well-being. We can add an additional 2-3 sessions to your heartmath package to teach you an assortment of anti-stress techniques for you to use at home and in daily life that include:

  1. Somatic mindbody techniques to help you get out of your head and into your body to help reduce the 'monkey' mind of repetitive thinking and help support better mood.

  2. Breathwork techniques such as 'kriya breathing' and alternate nostril breathing.

  3. Self-guided imagery to help focus the mind  with more calm and intuitive decision making and better sense of well-being.

  4. Discuss the basics of energy medicine and techniques to enhance awareness of our body's biofield.  You will learn meditations and exercises to support this awareness of sense of flow in the body.
